The Profile:

HEE SOON CHEW, ANDREW is a corporate and business coach. In his early life, he started working as a teacher. The discipline of the teaching had made him a self-directed person who believed strongly in Values Creation. He is capable of adding values with the organizations he worked with.

Andrew Hee is a graduate of University of London with Bachelor of Arts (HONS.) in Chinese Studies with teaching and education certificates. He has the ability of integrating the gist of the various principles by upskilling the people’s capabilities and commitment to achieve the business results.

He facilitates more than 100 man-days training programs with 1500 participants per year. He specializes in facilitating the Effective Work Habits for Salespersons Programs, Professional Selling Skills Programs, Commercial Negotiation Skills Programs, Salesman Roles and Mission Programs, Sales Management Programs, Key Account Management Programs, Wholesaler Management Programs, Promoter Training Program, In-store Merchandising Program, Team Building Programs, Organization Development Workshop, Facilitating the Organization Development Assessment Center Programs and etc. He has facilitated a few thousands training workshops for FMCG, Hotels, IT, Manufacturing and Financial Service industries with more than 20 years of experience.

To-date, he has experienced working with various MNC as the corporate Manager and trainer in Sales & Marketing, Agency Training and Education, HR Departments, i.e. American International Assurance, Sime-AXA Life Assurance, Carlsberg Malaysia, Beerlao Brewery Ltd, Laos and Cambrew Ltd, Cambodia.

In addition, he also had facilitated training programs for New Zealand Milk (M) Sdn Bhd, Malaysia Milk Sdn Bhd, Press Metal Bhd, Loreal Malaysia, CCS Beverage Distribution Sdn Bhd, Multi-Venture Sdn Bhd, Pokka Ace (M) Sdn Bhd, Vincent Compas Management Consulting Pte. Ltd., Guangzhou King Field Personnel Ltd as the speakers and etc. For the past three years, he had trained the Food & Beverage retailing staffs from the prestigious hotels in Malaysia under the CRM programs. The Hotels were KL Regent, Sheraton Imperial KL, Sheraton Subang Jaya, Hilton KL, Golden Sand Resort Penang, Equatorial Penang, Citibay View Penang, Berjaya Langkawi Resort, Rasa Sayang Resorts and Hotel, The Datai Resorts, Shangrila Hotels and etc.

Basically, he is able to facilitate all the training programs in English, Chinese and Malays.
